Don't know what happened to him, one of his home boy, in memory of his friend, is trying to complete the owner unfinished Project with his own MR-2.

i almost got a gen 1 mr2 for free a few years ago. just couldn't afford to get it from california to dallas (this was when i was 14 so i had no money). i had family moving to hawaii so they couldn't take it with them. plus the motor was seized.

damn it would cost about 800 to trailer it over here, then another 1000 to redo the motor.
Its cool you still got the BBC, THing having an 1st gen MR-2 with a Beams 3s-ge or a genIII 3s-gte, or a 20v 4age. Would be a crazy fast go kart LOL -------------------- |

The 2 tone red+black seems to be a very popular one right now. Suchs that the owner passed away.
There is a guy in Dallas that has a bad ass built on for Auto cross, Ive been looking for his pic for a while now. (trying to get a hold of him to buy one of his bomex scoops LOL) Martin, go get you another one LOL Jose, is yours up and running yet bro? 4W4K3, that would be bad ass. and witht eh light weight of the Aw11 man that thing will be a monster.
