why am I losing weight
Posted 20 July 2013 - 11:01 AM
I have not hit weights in about two months. I have used the elliptical about five times in the past month.
I have changed the way I eat.I used to eat as fast as I could before I got full.I have been eating around 4000 calories a day for fifteen years. I now eat slow and usually do not finish my plate, maybe around 2500 calories a day. I still eat the same stuff as before.
I am 5'9 and weigh 168. last month I weighed 190.
should I be concerned and go back to eating 3 bowls of ghengis for lunch?

my concern is the amount of weight.I know my metabolism is high but Damn. yes I know you are a scrawny fucker. I was too at your age.
well if you don't watch yourself you will continue to lose weight until you eventually just vanish into thin air.
I find the preceeding statement humerous!
Do you have energy? Are you feeling okay? Need a back rub?
But seriously, how do you physically feel?

To answer your question you're losing weight because not only are you taking in less food, it's the same crappy fuel as before. So your body can't process the garbage you're taking in, and that combined with a lack of strength training is causing your muscles to deteriorate. Weight loss at its finest! Hope that helps. I can help with the feeling like shit all the time thing if you'd like. Well, I can just tell you what to do. You have to help yourself.
