I'd use #4 or something a little less large 00/000 is a lot of oomph, think 9-15 rounds of .32acp (only larger, and moving faster) at once depending on the load.
Learn how to use it, in the dark, blindfolded, etc, if you are used to a pistol, just use that until you are comfortable. Shotguns can be short stroked or have issues if you aren't thinking right.

Ok, I worked out today, played racquetball for three hours straight. Beat four people's asses too, I like this sport. I looked like a fat man running a marathon when I was done, I was sweating buckets. I guess I'm still quick for how much I weigh though!

Alright, finally got a chance to hit the grocery store. Got a big thing of almonds (no salt, just plain) got 5 pounds of chicken breast, a pound of decent steak, a dozen xl eggs, and I hit the motherload of jew deals on protien bar type bullshit, cliff builder, metrx 100 thingamasnacks (mainly for a snack to bring to school since I have so little time) carrots, celary, broccali, snow peas, string beans, and some other good stuffs. I'm going to make some steak and eggs for dinner and save some for breakfast.

 

When I made this thread I was 228.5, this morning I weighed in at 223. I think it's a step in the right direction, I haven't felt as hungry either. I'll be working out monday nights and when I stop feeling like I'm dying I'll probably pick another day of the week to start doing some other excercise.

 

I really appreciate the help so far, the accountability factor helps, I haven't touched a pizza, bread, snack/junk food, or anything else that I normally eat so far.

Cool, thank you for your help so far! I'm already feeling less hungry than I have been (could be placebo?) I guess I will see how this goes. Had three eggs, 3-4oz of cheese and maybe 5oz of grapes for my lunch. Going to go to the grocery store to get some better foods this evening. Need to put my shitty foods in a corner so I'm not tempted to munch every time I open the pantry.
