The past six months at Texas Track Works have been busier and more exciting than we ever could have imagined! We are looking to continue growing in several areas and are wanting to hire someone to join our team and grow with us.

Some pertinent info about us:

We do this because sitting behind a desk or in a cubicle is not what excites us
We are a small company, everyone plays a role in the day to day
Things here require much more attention to detail than your average shop
It is our mission to go above and beyond to deliver a service that exceeds the expectations of our customers
Also, it is important to remember that we really love coming to work every day and so should you
We expect the best from our employees and they are compensated accordingly, no exceptions

Exactly what we are looking for:

We are looking for someone eager to join our team full time
A great attitude and willingness to learn can be more valuable than skill at times
The desire to go to the track and work on track cars is crucial
Knowledge of suspension systems, alignments, tire mounting, and general mechanical ability is a must
The ability to answer the phone, make appointments, and converse with customers is often required
A somewhat professional appearance is required (if you have to ask, this may not be for you)

Some of the benefits of working for Texas Track Works:

If you have a track car and you work for us, you have access to a fully equipped track shop with the correct tools for the job
Going to the track and working with those that do is extremely fun and rewarding
We are always going to track events and will do whatever we can to ensure that you can come with us
We don't work on boring cars, our customers are extremely passionate about what they drive
Vacations and time off are extremely important to us and will be available to you
Frank, our shop dog, is pretty cool

For more info about us, be sure to check out our facebook page and TexasTrackWorks.com

Give us a call or shoot us your resumé if this sounds like something that seriously interests you.
