3. All Organized meet threads should have the following format:
What. What is to be expected of the meet (ex: eat, hanging out, mod day, etc.)
When. An exact day and an estimated time of when people should show up and leave, i know this is some times vague, but try to give people an idea.
Where. Offer an location and try to give landmarks for people that might not know the area to well.
4. Spontaneous Meets, or newly forming meets. I know that it is tough getting a meet together, and things change, but just whenever solid plans are made, edit the first post with the details, or make a new thread.
I am just trying to clean this up a little, and make it easier for people to know what is going on that are new to the area or the forum.
