You've come a long way from where you started. Notice any carry over into real life? I.e., picking up stuff with ease, not getting winded, etc. Shit you're probably OHP'ing more than me now.

I fucked up my arm some how last week. I gave it 7 days and went back to the gym.

Start stretching it religiously. You don't want to deal with groin issues like I have. It fucking sucks. At least you don't have to sit all day long which exacerbates the issue. At least I don't think you sit all day long.

Fell of the wagoon.

Got tired of the gym's machines, got tired of driving to a buddy's house to lift, and life just got in the way.

I have a squat bench in the house with a lat pull and 245lbs of weight.In a house now, not banging 5 different chicks a week, smoking has been reduced from 40 a day to 3, life is more stable now.

Here we go.
Squat:50

Dead:95

I was averaging almost four times this weight before i fell off the wagoon. My thighs and nuts hurt.

If you're working form and want to move a little more weight then try doing 8x3. It's also a lil less mentally exhausting.

The main reason for the 8 is to build more bulk.I have read that 8-12 is good for that but i did read it on the internet.

Keep the rep range lower and sets higher for that. You can concentrate more on form and increase the load. Increasing the load = more mass = more bulk. Higher rep sets definitely have their place and yes you can get bulky doing them (see bodybuilders), but for beginners/novices and even those looking for more maximal strength gains it's more ideal to work in the lower rep range. Also as I mentioned before it's less mentally exhausting than say a 5x5 program. That's important for the average guy or girl just looking to get in shape.

Current body weight 170 Squats 165 Rows 135 Ohp 115 Been hitting it hardcore for five weeks. Added 105lbs to my squat in that time. Current goals: 1.5 x body weight in squats. 2x body weight in dead lift.
