Has anybody heard of powercruise before? If you haven't, here ya go. It's an aussie event they brought to the USA in Minnesota a few years ago. i made the 18 hour trip up there last summer and it was fucking EPIC. How epic you ask? Imagine doing whatever you want with your car, legally. And guess what. they're bringing it to fucking texas! MSR Houston!
Here's a better idea of what it is

http://www.youtube.c...h?v=zvo-zPXD-yQ

here's where you go to register

https://www.powercru..../orderform.php

im just saying, the 18 hour trip was well worth it, much less the 4 hour trip. plus we could get an awesome cruise going to powercruise to cruise more!
Imagine Tx2k, only legal. You can roll race, drag race, drift, burnout, regular road race, anything you want to do with your car, you can do here.

So what do y'all think?

here's a first hand perspective of the actual cruise portion of the event, just to get a general idea. they do it in 2 hour intervals, and you can go at your own pace. whether you want to just cruise, quick lap, or roll race, it's up to you.

off street drags

powerskid competetion

burnout competition

you get the right idea

Will the Monster Camaro be there??!

Oh wait...
If the people come to believe that the government is no longer constrained by the laws then they will conclude that neither are they.

Would you say this is a car meet on steroids?

well if you go to a car meet and someone is doing a burnout, the burnout is illegal and you get kicked out.

if you go to a car meet and people are racing, the racing is illegal and you get kicked out.

everything here is controlled and legal, and a lot of fun to participate and spectate. There IS a car show portion of it though. So i would say that it's a meet inside a big event.

Car event sounds more appropriate don't you think?

Di Palooza is a car event. Way more than "just a car meet"

Ya dig?
