Note: I don't necessarily recommend all of these, use your own judgement.

Mark Sisson presents the compelling premise that you can reprogram your genes in the direction of weight loss, health, and longevity by following 10 immutable “Primal” laws validated by two million years of human evolution.
*This is the 2009 edition, not the 2012. This was also never released in PDF form, so it's a little clunky.

Primal Blueprint Quick and Easy Meals by Mark Sisson
Offers healthy, low-carb Primal-approved recipes that can all be completed in under half an hour and, in many cases, in just a few minutes. Sisson and Meier show you how to delight your family or guests every time with quick, delicious meals using local produce, CSA meats, healthy fats (yes, and real butter) and common herbs and spices.

Nutrition

Wheat Belly by William Davis MD
After witnessing over 2,000 patients regain their health after giving up wheat, Davis reached the disturbing conclusion that wheat is the single largest contributor to the nationwide obesity epidemic—and its elimination is key to dramatic weight loss and optimal health. In Wheat Belly, Davis exposes the harmful effects of what is actually a product of genetic tinkering and agribusiness being sold to the American public as “wheat”—and provides readers with a user-friendly, step-by-step plan to navigate a new, wheat-free lifestyle.

Miscellaneous

Practical Programming for Strength Training by Mark Rippetoe
Contrary to the one-size-fits-all models of periodization offered elsewhere, Practical Programming explains the differences in response to exercise commonly observed between athletes at the novice, intermediate, and advanced levels, explains these differences in the context of the relevant exercise science, and presents new training models that actually work for athletes at all levels of experience.

US Navy SEAL Physical Fitness Guide

I'm on the 5/3/1 boat, SL 5x5 was great but 5/3/1 has helped me avoid burnout and over training like nothing else I've ever done. Jim Wendler is kind of my man crush right now.

Updated Stronglifts 5x5 to the newest version, also added the spreadsheet (download it for yourself to edit). The plan has changed a bit since the one I had uploaded. If you want the OLD version, you can still see it here.

The downside, is the new one is 200 pages. The old was only 50. I haven't read it yet, but seems like a lot more fluff. You can see the "plan" on page 46 though to get an idea of how it goes before reading the whole thing.
