1.) Since this is a sub-forum, it follows the same rules and guidelines as the rest of the forum.
2.) If you don't have any constructive input, then please don't post it. I'm sure no one minds the occasional "smoke crack to lose weight comment" but it seriously gets old if you post that kind of stuff in every thread.
3.) If you have a SERIOUS health related question, see a physician. The information posted here shouldn't be construed as medical advice. It takes a solid history and physical diagnosis to figure out an assessment and plan.
